Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and shape may occur. These do not affect the quality or usage of the product.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed via Instagram, WhatsApp, or our website.
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other methods as communicated at checkout.
• Orders are confirmed only after full payment.
• Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are 3–7 working days depending on location.
• Shipping is currently available across Delhi and near by Areas.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for hygiene and safety reasons.
• In case you receive a damaged or wrong product, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
• Valid cases will be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
